The Cornerhouse site will open on Friday 11th June.

The ‘home of booze and ball games’, Roxy Ball Room will be opening the doors to its second Nottingham site on Friday 11th June.

Located on Burton St, in The Cornerhouse will boast a range of leisure and gaming facilities, including six lanes of tenpin bowling, Olympic Standard Butterfly Ping Pong tables, Beer Pong, Bocce Courts, American Pool, Duckpin bowling, 18ft tournament standard and Bankshot Shuffleboard and traditional Arcade games. The site will also be home to a selection of karaoke rooms, crazy pool and ice curling – all against the backdrop of a rock and indie soundtrack.

Roxy Leisure’s Marketing Director, Joel Mitchell, said, “After the success and warm reception to our first site in Nottingham we decided to open a second one here. We love this city and its amazing community and nightlife. With The Cornerhouse being Nottingham’s number one leisure and entertainment destination, we think Roxy Ball Room will fit in perfectly here. We hope everybody likes our new game additions and they have fun trying our new karaoke booths.”

£12/15 Per Hour Per Table Off Peak & Peak

Bowling is £8/10 per person per game off peak and peak

Off-Peak pricing; Sunday – Wednesday
Peak Pricing; Thursday – Saturday

Alongside following government guidelines, a number of additional measures will be in place until restrictions are lifted on June 21st:

  • All bookings, no larger than x6 people, to be made in advance
  • Contactless payments only
  • Enhanced cleaning in between games and throughout the day/evening. Hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue
  • All orders to be made using QR codes, table service only
  • Capacity will be limited to enable social distancing

The Roxy team are requesting that guests support their efforts by:

  • Arriving no more than 5 minutes before booking time
  • Not visiting the venue if unwell
  • Not arranging to meet other groups
  • Maintaining social distancing and not moving furniture or swap tables
  • Follow on-site signage and guidance
